My computer is located in a safe place where I keep all records of my work. My computer is locked when not in use by a password only I know.

I do not send emails or phone messages to groups so your email and phone number will not be used for anything other than direct correspondence with myself.

If you wish for your records to be destroyed or deleted at any point please send me an email located in the contact page and this can be done no problem.The payment system is safe and has been tested many times and is encrypted when you make a payment, so none of the details are saved anywhere.

I use PayPal only as it is a trusted means for global financial transactions. If you don’t have it, it takes 5 minutes to set up.

• Payment to be made at the time of booking. Delivery will be at the date and time booked.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is non-refundable for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
• All other sessions cancelled outside of 24 hours by either party can be re-booked. However there is a clear intention to show up as best one can with both parties fully committing to the process without cancelling.
